From Owner, Bobby Eskowitz: I went to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school, and was a chef at Spago in Beverly Hills for 6 years. I left Spago to open Manhattan Pizzeria 11 years ago and still own it to this day.

Bobby’s…so, this is my dream Italian Restaurant. I’ve always dreamed about it since I was a little boy in Brooklyn, New York. Now, we’re doing some of the best Italian Food on the West Coast!

The interior dining room took 2 months to build and is a perfect backdrop for the type of authentic New York Italian Food Chef Vito is making.
